Q. How does it feel working in the Plating Company?

About 70 people work on about 300 tons of water a day, so I think “working on ‘水商売’ (water trading)” is one way to put it.

Q. What are the things you like about working in Just Co., Ltd?

The company is small and has a very much “at-home” feel. However, industry–wise, it is one of the leading companies in the Tohoku region. It is a company which serves as the trump card for jobs that cannot be done by other companies within the same industry.

Q. What can you say about the working environment at Just Co., Ltd?

When I was new at the company, I used to work in short sleeves all season long because of the steam. During the summer, it feels like working inside a sauna bath. (Although I personally don't go to saunas.)
