UDC Diamond Electroplating

What is electroplating?

A special plating technology to adhere diamond grains to
metal surfaces.

Higher Performance through UDC Diamond Electroplating and Composite Platings

  • Enables electroplating of ultra small diamond particles (0.2μm).
  • Uniform dispersion even on items with a very small diameter of 0.02 - 2mm.
  • Allows both single-layer and multilayer electrodeposition.
  • Plating of ultra hard materials and SUS materials with high adhesion strength.
  • Possible diamond grit sizes from #18 to #100,000.
